Timpa Ltd Þti is aware that trained personnel is the most important asset of a company and is aiming to develop its personnel while taking into consideration the character, skills and satisfaction of each employee. Our overarching goal is to ensure that highly trained personnel who are able to adjust in accordance with the global changes, who are entrepreneurs and open to renovations are charged with appropriate tasks and provide them with opportunities to develop themselves. As the Human Resources Department we are trying to orient the employees towards developing strategies, take initiatives and to take their duties and results as their own achievements. We are also trying to contribute to the development of Timpa Ltd Þti by assisting the development of personnel individually and developing teamwork to create a synergy.
